Infoseite // Sound plays only briefly

Hello,
I have (a clip, h264), whom I invite to AE (; cs3). I do not know why, but it will play only the first 10 frames sound. After this, it is easy s.and broke radio silence.
I play the clip from the Project window with double click off, I hear you complete soundtrack.

Synonymous've already tried to extract the clay in QT than aif but nothing has been synonymous.

Know anyone here advice?
