I play in a tape and we have our own (completely written myself included ...).
My question: Can I just that in a movie, play in public without someone steals it, or do I register a copyright somewhere?
If yes, where and how much would it cost.

Copyright is not with us.
Here is the copyright. If you are the author of the piece are, protect your copyright synonymous without registration. This is synonymous for movies, unless there are beteidigt Cast. The authorship is not synonymous cede.
Your rights in case you need a Urheberrechtsverletztung but even provision.
