As people and objects from the movement out "frozen" and then carried away as a cardboard stand. Is a bit hard to describe, s.besten watch the video.
Does anyone know how can you make an Effect? Perhaps with AE?

I would realize an effect of this type like this:
Background:
Scenes without the people who are turning to the box, but the guy who then carries away the box already - with a dummy for tracking, more on that later.
Fore:
The green cardboard dummies absorb as before, that they can fit properly into perspective the background.
Then:
Silhouette target at the desired frame: Freeze and use as a texture and shape for a 3D object, then that is advected by Tracker / Motion Captureing into compositing.
Requires good preparation and testing before they can sell something like a customer - and very good, careful planning of each scene obviously.
After Effects alone will ned then the racer with such a job (once you see the back of the silhouette target. If the board to be carried away, bissl wobbles bissl light is ok - but soon turns over the axle to the rear is Sendepause with AE only. )

Because you do not need 3D to do so if you build a cardboard dummy, who has held the silhouette of a simple rectangular space, smaller than the target person to whom then later tracked the silhouette Selbig (mode: Perspective vertex). It can make complete with AE, as the back of the dummy is indeed genuine.
