Hi slashCAM User,
I'm on to describe the search for a specific Blend Effect, which I try:
cut between two images than shooting up and down in the Picture Noise, the videotapes s.schlechte recalls.
I would like to use this effect according to a quick-cut electric-Video to stage, I would appreciate instructions, perhaps downloadable presets or other support in Premiere or After Effects!
If I find one, I attach a video as an example!

If I understand your description correctly you have to cobble together so you the easy times:
- Image shift up and down animate using keyframes.
- Using interference filters or kick it so the noise.
Where is the problem?
