Adobe Premiere 6.5, there was a Speyialeffekt called "Film Damage", with which you scratch and dust on the film was able to simulate.
Does this effect in Premiere pro CS3 no longer?

Because I would say: 2 people thought. Have the Effect synonymous already searched. Previously, went on the synonymous Quicktime Effects, this category I think, unfortunately, is no longer synonymous with cs3.
I have now helped with a workaround: Film premiere of exported with Quicktime Pro opens Damaged Film Effect drauf expected next and then processed.
Another possibility, I have unfortunately not found, and directly in the export, I have unfortunately no possibility to directly select Effect.

the effects are there in the 2nd version 1.5er and synonymous ... He serves, however, not to dust and scratches to simulate but to remove ...

on the web, there are (were?) a mov clip (about 4-5 sec) with only dust and scratches ect ... evt with "real_8mm_film" google
