I have a digital camera (Fuji E 900), with which one - I think - to record passable video. Now, the E900 features such as Motion JPEG, non-interlaced, with 30 pictures by second (fps) in.

If you want to create it as a DVD, we must first convert the 30 fps to 25 fps, which is already a problem. Most of the Programs to do this, that simply omit 5 images per second. Furthermore, I had with the editing programs of Nero, CyberLink and of with Windows Movie Maker, the rate of 30 fps fps conversion to 25. The result has always geruckelt.
Similarly, it was with Virtual Dub.

That with the NTSC DVD: Would an alternative. That does not happen after I added video clips mixed with Pal and 25 fps with the 30 fps clip like the digicam.

Now one more question: The DVD player will play the NTSC DVD. But what comes out of the player? Even an NTSC signal? Then my televisions come can not, and then color and contrast are also lousy, right?

However, this does not solve the problem because the proposed "Slow Down" yes just the 30 fps material with slower going 25 fps. And this is already clearly recognizable as a slight slow motion.

This can AfterEffects synonymous. Herausrendern Just as 30fps video capture and a 25fps video. Best Frameüberblendung and with a slight vertical blur (no later then it flickers s.Television).
