We need in our company a "Video Streaming Server",
The following functions must include.
1. TV news program to record the stream and 10-15
Users is available.
2. the recording mode should be via Network programmmierbar (may
synonymous via RDP / VNC / HTTP / ... , Which is always synonymous ...
Background is that our company is sometimes s.and s.im TV.
Our board would like, any time the TV program can record and this may look like synonymous.
I would like to use Linux, but know that the Windows Media Encoder is very good, I have the software already built.
