Hello!
I have finished one rendered 60min film and would like to dub it again on tape on my HV20 via Firewire.
The render everything works fine, but unfortunately it breaks the recording on tape off again just after 15-20min.
My system, I can exclude (; Q6600, 3 GB RAM, XP) SP3.
This error is known or could be the reason s.Pinnacle?

For me there is regarding this. no problems. You can get any kind of error messages? Camcorder may lose the connection to the PC?

I write SD DV material to try.
One must s.Camcorders (; set HV20) as a DV recording mode, but synonymous, and not as I had HDV. Then it works fine.

In HDV recording, the recording breaks at 15-20 min from easy, no error message.

Heat problem, I rule out that even in the dub would occur on your PC already, but since anything goes.
Firewire card has a VIA chip, maybe that is not compatible with the HV20 or my P35 board. But actually it should be synonymous since problems occur when dubbing HDV -> PC.

For me the problem is in fact similar:
For a year I have a camcorder, a month ago, I wanted to record a mini-DV cassette. After 15 to 25 minutes (and several attempts) while running the Cam next yet, but the counter for a replay will be available, and the recorded video ends just synonymous for 15 to 25 minutes, when I look at it later.
