Let's go one by one. Basically, you go this way:
After you cut your project finished, you were backed with music and titles, you still choose from a menu, edit it and then change the "Build" mode. In settings where you should first select the option "Create Image". The Project will therefore not be burned directly to disc, so you can just wait for the outcome and check before you (you a plethora) burn blank DVDs.
If even the creation of the DVD image does not work, You must have your project to investigate further.
