I had Studio 8 SE and has the dubbing of videos on the PC is the new auto detect scenes, Studio 9 but do not anymore. Now I always have a 1 hour file and makes the cut much more expensive. Who can help me?

You have to set whether the image file according to content or time code can be recognized.

... in retrospect, you can still make up Scene detection. For this you need the icon of the film recorded in the album view, select and right click the Scene detection in the opening pop-up menu selection.
If an SCN of the movie file should already exist, you need this before then delete.
As you can setup the automatic scene detection, or exhibit.
