've Ever worked with Studio 8 and 9 but always had various problems, one should remain with Studio and wait for 10 or would you prefer to upgrade to Premiere.
I want to burn mainly Photo next to videos with background music compilations on DVD.
The photos have all a size of more than 1MB.

Try it yourself once in Premiere.
After that you can now decide which NLE is more suited to your perceived needs.
