Frage von Pandabaer:Hello everybody!
Have when working with Premiere Pro CS3 the following problem. The DV AVIs, with which I am the host of the program module of my camcorder to have, are not directly into the program. If I wish to import, I get the following message: "Unsupported format or corrupted file." The AVIs are recorded by a video series away with a data volume of 126 KB displayed. The settings for recording in line with the settings, which I use in Premiere Pro1. DV PAL Timebase 25.00 frames / second, frame size 720 x 576 (4:3), etc. If I use the AVI with Premiere Pro1 record, I can ProCS3 them to take over without any problems or import and work with them. Because I remember in the future only with Pro CS3 to work, I should like the AVIs with Pro CS3 record. For suggestions, I am extremely grateful to you. Otherwise the program is running at the moment quite stable. Hopefully this will remain so. ;-)
My computer configuration.
OS: XP Professional
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 (3.40 GHz)
Memory: 2 GB
graphics card: ATI FireGL 8800 Yours sincerely

Sorry, nothing can see in my crystal ball, maybe the installation of the program does not run properly ...

Had perhaps synonymous Camera interesting what it is.
With a DV camera, you need no special recording program of your camera, because Premiere can directly themselves via firewire capture. Presumably generates your "host module" something is not compatible.

Hi Bruno and Helmut,
first thank you for your answers. Bruno pity that your crystal ball has just Sendpause. ;-) I hope that you have the Picture helpful. I had an error during the installation had not. Perhaps the software should I reinstall it again anyway. Then I make the software again?
Helmut, my camera is a
Panasonic NV-DX 100, which is of Premiere Pro CS3 does not recognize, but still allows control of same. For it is equally Pro1. As I wrote, I can with the AVIs that I've recorded with Pro1, work in CS3.
If no solution is underway, I will, willy-nilly, with two programs to work. :-( (
Yours sincerely
Panda.

's evening Bruno!
Thank you for your tip. Yesterday I performed a clean installation, unfortunately s.dem problem has not changed. However, I have today with the support (of the non-Adobe) phoned and then learn that perhaps the fault of another driver caused. They recommended me a batch recording to try and lo and behold, it works. My camcorder is not only controlled, but all synonymous In - and Out - Points will be included. Subsequently, the AVIs, as usual, the Project accepted. So I can now work in such a way that I have no other program must be used for recording. For my part, I can see my problem thus been dealt with.
Again many thanks to you and Helmut synonymous for your tips.
Will I have you, and all others, a beautiful evening to be desired.
Yours sincerely
