Frage von kralph:I'm working with Pinnacle Studio 9 Pros
I was editing a long film (Endfilmzeit about 2h)
I have saved to date, approximately 20 hours filmed - and the best quality as an AVI file on my hard drive (about 260GB), filmed in 4:3 and 16:9 material - then output is 16:9 (the 4:3 material is placed with the zoom effect on 16:9)
I have now been cut in about 1hr but is very slow process especially when added to Effects - I would not mind If you think about the soundtrack goes.
What can I do to get better performance.
The film consists of 25 sections.
Should I make 25 projects? - Several projects can be put together?
Or am I supposed to render each of these 25 projects, and then again to add a Project together - I have here then a loss of quality due to 2 x render??
The dubbing inkl.Music I would do so only after the merge at the 2nd Render?
The most important thing for me is that I suffer no loss of quality - the required disk space does not matter
my hardware: A64-3GHz, 2GBRam, 3x300GB/7200, GForce-6800
Thanks for the help

... filmed in 4:3 and 16:9 material - then output is 16:9 (the 4:3 material effect associated with the zoom on 16:9) ... The output format should
be known until after shooting began - and then systematically recorded in 4:3
or 16:9. Otherwise, you act you a needless loss of quality.
