My CS4 is corrupt - a different topic. What freeware for Win7 64 is recommended for a short film subtitles? It should export a video file with subtitles, are possible and a separate file in common formats (. Srt?). And because I haunt the CS4 misfortune in the midst of urgent work, the program should be run around and easy to master. Thanks

Maybe you will taste's time with euinen Text File
Basic subtitle format This is the basic script without any formatting commands or screen position. Each subtitle exists on its own line and ends in a carriage return. The subtitle string has the following format:
" [id #] is a number to help you to identify the subtitle. It does not have to be unique or sequential, so if you insert a new subtitle in the middle of a script, you do not need to renumber the subsequent subtitles.
" [tab] is the tab character.
" [StartTime code] is the time code where the text appears.
" [end time code] is the time code where the text stops displaying.
" [text] is the subtitle string
" [cr] is the carriage return.
For example:
1 00:02:17:12 00:02:23:21 This is the subtitle text ... 2 00:02:27:02 00:02:35:18 ... and here is more text. 3 00:03:12:14 00:03:22:10 But wait! There's more! . . Time codes always use the hh: mm: ss: ff format, even if the video contains drop-frame timecode. If you create the subtitles by reference to the source video tape's time code, you can add a tape offset command to account for the difference between the tape time code and the movie's time code (which always starts s.00: 00:00:00). See display commands for details.
Subtitle timecodes must not overlap. If you create a script where one starts before the previous subtitle subtitle finishes, DVDit Pro HD will not import that subtitle.
To make a subtitle text block that contains two or more lines, you can either use "|" characters (Shift + backslash) to represent the carriage returns, use or carriage-returns and start the next line with a tab character.
For example:
4 00:12:05:01 00:12:05:19 First text line | next text line is the same as:
4 00:12:05:01 00:12:05:19 first text line next text line If you want a "|" to be displayed instead of being interpreted Sat carriage return, place a backslash in front, like this: \ |
Thanks Alf_300 for my Dig. Video-education have you achieved something important but I get up pretty pressed for time, which would be a foolproof editor for the subtitle grammar? I have Subtitle Processor 7.7.1 (and ffshow-thing) downloaded. Looks very stylish but when I made my mp4 or avi open, I see only übelst interlacete patches and do not even know where I am using the audio track (which is) what can write pure.
