Then do:
In Adobe Premiere Pro, you create a new (output) sequence, insert the sequence in which you have your (pivoting on video -) marks inside rein, and treat these (net) sequence as a single video clip.
You can then rotate it around and maneuver as you like, using Keyframeanimation.
Of course, should the videoliefernde opening sequence Full Resolution Sample have a larger (eg of imported still images or so) than the output sequence, because you otherwise permanently rausschiesst over the edge.
