It runs on 59 or 60Hz, I can not pretend otherwise.
I exposing in the camera with 1 / 60, it flickered, tert at 1 / 50, it flickers, it is flickering at 25p, at 30p it flickers, it just keeps flickering.
What exactly is the problem in the config? : /

The with the tracking is such a thing. It is difficult, especially in the dark, it does not look authentic, unless you know the "reflection" and so unaware of.

Or you have to filming of a slightly older flat monitor, which were still not as fast and by the inertia, there was no flicker. There are already so fast that once you experience the old Flimmerproblem as with CRTs.

I tend to still screen capture. Then film the desk, in your choice Progi to the filmed material, the screen capture video Pin'en, also in a GrafikProgi create a transparent surface that is provided with an "Art glass" texture and put it on the screen capture video.
Looks clean and out depending on ScreenCature can zoom very nervous with Virtual Camera in SchnittProgi then synonymous close.
All ne question the importance of the actual scene / Recording of the desk is.

Of course you can clarify in the post, but that's all "not real". It never looks the way it should. One can make out and then, but there is never so good, especially in the dark. There is no reaction of Monitor-Licht/Umfeld, and that does not bother Sun I can not use the screen as a light source! : (And that's really what I want So I ask.)
How much has Hertz for your monitor?

1) Some monitors do not flicker with 60 Hz but inexplicably, with 75th
2) If the light source in the room not just the LCD monitor but other lights are synonymous (Leuchtstoffröhren!), then they flicker in the "wrong" Shutter course synonymous.
