So now I want all these movies with TMPGEnc after "half size PAL DVD (352x288) ", more IMHO makes no sense to convert. With some goes but it is not. Either "finds" TMPGEnc just one piece - from 30 Minutes are for example 2 minutes - or encode it remains somewhere depend, therefore a statue until the end. In various media players are also all the movies played.
I assume that the films irgedwelche errors have a Media Player skips friendly, but TMPGEnc does not like. Approximately right?
What could I, if anything, do?

I have a very similar problem à ¤, is awarded for a friend 70min Theater Auffà ¼ hrung on a DVD burn. It is a DV-encoded 15 GB-AVI before. At the moment (my calculator là ¤ UFT since about 4 days, day and Night), I break my ears and I'm just about to submit the material as "flammable" play. A (Schà ¤ bige) possibility is in 5min small fragments and then cut up, Chapter manner burn. Then jerky's, however minimal, and makes a lot of work beforehand.
Well, if you've found out how to use TMPGEnc with data for ttern so that it works - leave it to me wwissen o)

This would be on my P4 1.9so 240 to 400 minutes it with TMPGEnc to convert to DVD. So not all too great action.

Either the TMPGEnc Einlesemodus of change, which has a Increase priority of the DirectShow-VFAPI plugins made or a program other than FrameMaker Server. Question as to VirtualDubMod or AVISynth.

Yes, synonymous with me, so between three and five hours. The four days will only be because I have the results immediately, and always reject new start.

Aaaaaalso - it follows a long technical explanation ¤ rung, of a Amateur video:
Normally I always do 60 minutes of my DV camera down convert it with TMPGEnc in a *. m2v and *. WAF file and then burn the DVD with the authoring tool of TMPGEnc to DVD. Klappt wonderful, repeatedly tested and no problems.
But now with the "foreign" AVI file I get the following, not reproducible error:
Sometimes freezes the video at a Picture On. The rest of the film then there is only from this frame. So the encoder does not freeze , but he fà ¼ llt the rest with a single frame.
Mostly he makes from 70 minutes and much more for gt in the middle or the end of a long black passage A.
Fà ¤ usually depends on the sound synchronously, then goes away after about ten minutes and là ¤ UFT after another twenty minutes next.
I have the following solution to try:
Convert the DV format unknown in Canopus DV (also 15 GB) and Huffyuv (about 53 GB).
Zerhà ¤ ckseln the original and the converted (Canopus / Huffyuv) File in five minutes 25 minutes and 35 minutes fragments. Mixed results, five minutes were OK Next, generated however, a minimal Ruckler when ÃSbergang. After approximately 40 Minutes, I will, however, from unknown reasons with my VirtualDub fragments no longer save. The green ¶ Ayer Fragments had the same error as described above.
Manually stop the TMPGEnc encoding through after 70 minutes. Cklicherweise chance this time without hà ¤ ngenzubleiben. Burn the *. m2v file together with the extracted WAF-AVI file of the original - not with the WAF-File of TMPGEnc. This Asynchronità ¤ ten eliminated. So far the only drawback: As much green TMPGEnc ¶ Ayer file with much "black" at the end wanted to write, the bit rate / Bildqualità ¤ t not very good. But so far the best thing I can present.
I encode straight again with a 153% aufgeblà ¤ hten File. Since I am the black balance off anyway, I hope it comes with Pi times the bitrate thumb again.
They are so grossly outlined my problems.
Yesterday habeich However, once a DV tape of myself processed and ran perfectly smoothly - just like you write a children's game. There is no Hard-/Softwaredefekt.
Do you have any tips for me r?

Normally you would want some of the things you write on Strea, error indicates. And as you open the video but at least partially encode it, it can hardly to the settings of the encoder is. Maybe with the audio parameters of the video was not in Order. Maybe only 12 instead of 16 bits or 32 instead of 48 kHz.
You could AVISynth 2.5x times you obtain and the following simple Test Script:
If so that's working, it's probably the audio part.
If the synonymous fails, replace the first line by:
DirectShow source ( "dasvideo.avi"), true, FPS%)
And if the synonymous fails, I know not synonymous next.

There, the DirectShow Multimedia File Reader is right click and Higher Select Priority. Possibly several times until it works out. This is a kind of panacea for Einleseproblemen of Video Files.
