Wolfgang Kohlhaase is one of them. Some 30 films are from his pen. Directors such as Konrad Wolf, Frank Beyer, Bernhard Wicki and Volker Schlöndorff filmed his stories. So synonymous is 2006, the beautiful surroundings story "Summer in Berlin ("; Directing: Andreas Dresen) from the pen of Kohlhaase. The portrait of "life stories" shows how the crossing places of the author's life with his film stories again and again and connect.

"Summer in Berlin" has pleased me very well, not quite the "German Sch'tis" - stop with the "Teutonic-depressive" filter, yet impressive and entertaining. I would hope there would be more of these love-and soulful productions.
