I would like to include an external solution used to HardPVR enweder with analog cable TV tuner or scart from the TV and save this data, which are already an MPEG2 data stream, as simply an external hard drive. Since there are external panels have the multimedia decoder with the one directly on the TV again to watch the content that would be spared unnecessary hardware.

why not use a DVD recorder. The gibts yet been synonymous around the ¬ 100-150.
Advantages: medium or as a portable HD - archived - on any DVD and computer readable nachbearbeitungsfähig - Programmable - etc.

Yes that's true, there would naturally be a little added a special request. Radio that comes through cable TV is synonymous still be included, and when the box plays MP3 would be the perfect thing.
