Hi,
I would urge all owners before the HV10 Tapes warn.
I have brought with me the hope for a little more money, more quality to get. Unfortunately I was wrong.
AY-DVM60YE3 - 3 pieces for 11,99 ¬ ..
Tape # 1 -> purely in the camcorder and nothing happens .. The Cam beeps, blinks and says to me that I should remove the tape. Said done, but the game unfortunately repeated itself again and again. Conclusion - Tape defective.
Tape No. 2 -> straight into the cam and it ran .. I first thought. The first image is captured and when I later had viewed - shock. The first 10 minutes of the film unusable.
Dropouts without question, the picture is still short, the drive squeaks as if it would not be able to move the tape - but that happens only among dropouts. Given where the picture is ok until you can hear on the normal drive noise garnicht.
When dubbing of the film with HDVSplit on my PC broke the transmission in the dropouts, which squeaks drive back to himself, ...
From the 10th Minute recordings strangely OK ..
Tape No. 3 -> the test is still to come, because Tape No. 2 still is not full;)
I hope it is really the tapes and not my drive. This is but the next purchase (this time but the normal Panasonic Tapes) show ..

Take the cheap TDK tapes and had no problems.
