Hello Telly Light is indeed the red light which camera men, editors, etc. Directing the display that the camera is running or active.
Now immerses us in an examination question:
1. What is Tally Light ==> OK, it is clear
2. Identify two situations where it is better off Tally Light? ==> Perhaps I stand on the line - but no idea?

yes ... because I thought synonymous, s.Spiegelungen - or if it rotates in darkness that somehow disrupts the red light.

I turn the tally in recordings from animals. The same applies to the recording of some people. ;-)

... Reflections ... That is, for example, synonymous important when shooting through glass round. Furthermore, I would turn off the tally in interviews with people with no camera experience: They are often due to the Camera s.sich excited enough, and makes a red light because only addition nervously. Another case would be unnoticed recordings with zBsSchultergurt umgehängter Camera. Who thinks that fact that the camera takes just yet - as long as the tally is over?
Incidentally I leave off the tally in principle and only use it for live productions, because they already must know when to "thing" is.
