Hey super test.
'm Just thinking about a preview monitor for a new editing system MC5 and all the time with the 1000 ¬ Sony Device (LMD-2110W) had flirted.
Has anyone in the application and knows the differences to the Eizo panel?

Now I consider myself really, but rather to take the larger and slightly more favorable Eizo. As feature such as the Blue-Only works on the synonymous Matrox2 Mini.
From the design I like the sony gets a little better.
The Eizo has somehow what of the first LCDs of 10 years ago.

Good question. The MXO 2 Mini schonmal is a good choice!

need the further if one has "fast-reference" monitor?
The MXO is actually the correct level so that a monitor is normally used for color correction.
The Eizo seems synonymous with no mxo suitable for, right?
which would bring the MXO?

This question is of course synonymous interested us because it unfortunately is not available anywhere at Sony about the installed panel.

On inquiry we were told that when SonyLMD-2110W a TN panel is used.

The LMD-2110W for me was a bitter disappointment. Extensive features, but too expensive for such a bad panel. If that does not scare you, look at the part time in the store, then you know what I mean ...

Will Sony sell three times as expensive production monitors still can. Unfortunately there are still containing no other choice than to bring out a really bad entry-level ...

With a MXO2 EIZO FORIS FX2431 is probably really the first choice.
I work with it for several weeks and am delighted.

Sorry for the Sony bashing, but that they have earned it.

NLE without a breakout box is somehow not really my thing.
Of course, every second graphics card an HDMI or DVI output in addition, only for a video preview these connections are not suited.
Especially when MC is always amazing how good the hardware is tailored to the software.

What a change is not synonymous MXO can include:
- Viewing Angle
- Color gamut
- Poor contrast and poor illumination of the panel
For a 150 ¬ Acer then helps synonymous the best calibration tool in the world not next.
The beautiful s.Eizo is, I s.den Monitor by 10bit can connect directly synonymous to synonymous Calculator and then can assess images in Photoshop.
For the desktop and the GUI extends the program for handling a normal LCD off completely for 250 ¬.
for example, have here a BX2440 of Samsung and am completely satisfied and very positive synonymous of the LED backlight surprised that Color performanceist but (only) top mediocrity.
@ Serge
I wanted the Sony like to see this yesterday for a video distributor, was only the monitor is not currently connected and the dealer has warned me synonymous equal before that one can expect when the price is nothing special.

Great! The Eizo costs less and still get out the better quality.

Valentino may be that we are in another forum in which you're probably traveling under another name, with respect to the monitors ever had contact?

After some research I am now synonymous come to the realization that the Eizo monitor is probably the better (and opposite the listed Sony).
But I want to point synonymous here again on it, that Eizo has a monitor called FORIS FS2331 in the program, which, although lacking the analog inputs and which, in contrast to the tested Foris FX 2431, 16:9 (; 1920 x 1080) 23 Inch - display's. Of this is synonymous but much cheaper. A test of this device I would be synonymous of burning interest. Possibly. is even better than the Sony.

The 23-inch Eizo is only half of the 24-incher,
synonymous for just a standard TFT panel is installed.
In addition, he is very probably can not synonymous, and the same 10-bit color spaces show. Also the viewing angle will be worse.

@ Frank B.
'm Really just here to go Slashcam for other forums I have no time :-)

Antwort von Frank B.:

Yes, ok, I only had time the other day a caller to almost exactly the same issue in another forum.

The Eizo Foris FS2331 I meant more direct Comparison for Sony. The Eizo does not have the analog video inputs of the Sony could, but for the quality of representation an alternative Sonysein. Would be interesting to know which of the two has the better picture. This could evtln. Buyers save several hundreds.
