Frage von Giliath:Salut,
I'm in grad in GEMA FAQ read that one next to the GEMA fees incurred yes "ALWAYS" + "ADDITION" of course synonymous must acquire the rights of the musicians.
Daily docu-soaps flicker on private TV channels a la ... "The 55-year-old farmer lives together with his mom T. on a farm. The shy T. Long-term "single ... he has never had a proper girlfriend. ...>> Zack! Bauer, Closeup, which looks into the distance and wipes away the tears - and already uses some sentimental tearjerker of Robbie Williams.
I assume the respective private channel just that he s.die GEMA pays a flat fee, but I can not imagine that Robbie Williams, for example, knows that he is such a mess out for excessive TV format.
What is the situation here with out the use rights? Have they ever bought and now can write the songs for any TV format used?
Thank you for your answer :-)

Does he not synonymous. Eligibility contracts provide that the CRMs broadcasters must give a flat rate all usage rights. Therefore: transmitters may take everything and have to fill only a royalty-message so that the billing is working properly. If we do not produce one for a station, but for other clients a movie, we must first acquire the individual's right to use and then take into account nor the Gema.
