I know that this issue has been discussed several times already, but now do it again any questions of me. Currently I am with CS 3 to cut nen x2 4200 +, 7600 Gt Geforce, approximately 1 TB FB internal and external, and with XP Home and nen 24er High Glossy Moni of Packard Bell.
Since there always known issues with XP and was working with CS 3 synonymous not just runs smoothly, I had toyed for some time with nen nen new PC or Mac. Somehow I still have jitters before the changeover, but the new iMac with the 27er Moni has done to me (including FC ¬ 1700 .-)
May be worth the switch to Mac, what - apart from the design - speed and performance when working with Final Cut concerns - or is it ye counsel nen definitely new calculator with XP??
Incidentally, I cut HD material in 720p / 25fps. Can I use my Windows Programs synonymous easily integrate into the Mac?? For your tips I was a dankabr
LG Charly

The question is - unfortunately - as pointless as the question of Audi or BMW. One of them likes it, the other das
For example, I cut everything in the company to CS4 with a Windows calculator and a Blackmagic card.
Because simply everything runs smoothly. By HD422 on IMX and DV. Without crashing.
Others do the same thing on a MAC.
My machine has Windows 1235 with the card cost. () without the monitors.

Well, I know that the question is unnecessary, but I truly hang in the ropes a bit with it ... As the transition is of CS3 for Final Cut? Rather, it is somewhat difficult, or so?
