Frage von Pyromaniac:I bought me the following Battery:
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270398059038&ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:DE:1123 Now I have heard that the Third Party Batteries can never load into the camera!
Is that true? The auction is indeed nothing in this regard noted ....
Then I would still rather buy an original battery before I spend money on it already a charger .....
Thank you!

... why should indicate otherwise in the auction that there is a charger for it? Since you have made very likely not a very good buy.

No, I would advise against it - the price for a real battery is too high. Take better this: http://www.digitaltoyshop.com/product.asp?pt_id=1378&p_id=5525&lg=1&c=BP-827_LITHIUM_BATTERY_for_Canon_HF100
BP-827 Compatible Battery BP-827 Compatible ¬ 29.99
Has (a lot more capacity, enough for about 4 h) than the comparable model of Canon and costs only 30% of the original. With this is of course an external charger, which is the practical application much more useful than charge the battery in the camera too! On top of the charger has in addition to the 230 port via a 12V cigarette lighter adapter.

Ah thanks for the tip!
My problem is that I have the s.Sa. need ... whether that's enough from the UK?
