is correct that the Canopus dealer "film practice" means the premises (conference hall) at the ZDF in Mainz has leased. (My search for Canopus)
The demonstration and lecture by one of the Canopus is the same as in other European cities.
I was at the demo and be present in NRW was bitterly disappointed, as a company like Thomson Grass Valley Group with this potential as a demonstration s.den man brings. Schade. On the interesting highlights of the software Edius-5 was limited below. Allegedly "... no time in an hour." The event was 80% occupied with ambitious amateurs. (No value)

what can you do one of the event in one hour, an overview of Edius 5 shows expect? Moreover, this is still very mixed audience happens.
We can not on details such as a server connection received on topics such event about 1% of listeners intressieren.
