how should a customer wants to sift the material (the whole), the film and share the clips with Original Time Code, if not exactly in the possession of Edius is, for example?
one must necessarily mean that the material always "new" with the on-screen timecode (-> encode if possible)? or, as with eg premiere pro to solve?

In the simplest case, the player will show the original time code (eg computer equipment onto a DV camera can be played). Here you can to the customer plus a DV tape DV Player with switched timecode display into the hands. Or a data DVD with DV-AVI, and timecode-enabled software player for your PC ...
In the "worst" case is the material principle, no time code in there and / or the original time code has been destroyed and / or the player from the customer can show no timecode.
