Hello,
the worst case happened.
did get a dvd, which I should umschneiden.
had with the program SUPER the vob file converted to mpg.
The material was also supplied with time code. original material not auffindbar.habe with Premiere Pro 2.0, trying to 120% scale and above and below a small black bar in the amount of the safety edge gesetzt.damit the time code is no longer visible.
arise after the render, probably due to the poor source material, and streak the verzerrungen.denke is interlaced? handled much of the speaker around, with still images is the picture entirely okay.
subjects had to convert vob to mpg of a lot in the forum to read.
except as tpmg NON-free software I have found nothing better than SUPER. already have other dvd's konvertiert.with different results.
besides, I can not imagine how one could proceed otherwise.

In the format settings of the jeweriligen Avi format / codec directes Crop activate ..... the avi then TMPEGenc via a S / VCD oder'via Super Conformal TMPEG DVD MPEG / Vobs output.
Sun times for free .... quiet as a first interlaced leave.
** Via Super credible I can be directly synonymous crop conditions set under Options box .***
