When I almost finished the film scene and had parts in the 2nd VA had laid track, insert, but then a scene change agrees with the tot. Timeline not more. I must then re-insert all the correct place. What should I do?

Do you work in insert or overwrite mode?
I would make subsequent modifications to take Overwrite mode.
