Hello dear NG,
in my version of Premiere 6 in the timeline I saw the pictures and the vertical stroke play was always exactly between two images. When I think of 1:51 in the timeline display put on 1 frame, the line is usually the middle of the picture. How shall I frame accurate cut? In MPEG ichs can understand, yes, because you can not actually cut exactly between two frames. But with the avi would be possible? Did I ne wrong setting?
