Frage von Franz B:Hello professionals,
I am a layman and am left with an insoluble problem for me.
Asking for your help!
I use Adobe Premiere 6.0 for some time now and have the program installed on a new Calculator. During a brief test, I had to say now, if I pull a clip in the timeline that appears below the timeline of the red bar to render the prompts. That should be only for special blends the case, or if the clip with an Effect has been proven.
Many greetings from Austria

Antwort von Markus:
Hello Francis,
for me the highlight is synonymous then red, if I put a video clip in the timeline, which does not meet certain requirements. Did you do the test with the usual material or s.betreffenden video clip was something special (resolution, codec, compression, etc.)?
Antwort von Stefan:
AP renders when the set in the Project other than the codec is a codec in the video file.
Have you forgotten when setting up your new computer to install a codec, which you previously had (Panasonic DV Codec, MainConcept DV Codec Canopus DV Codec ,...)?
Are you sure that you have the same project settings as previously used (Microsoft DV AVI vs. Microsoft AVI)?
Good luck
