When I put the time marker on the "Go To ..." For example, at 1:30 seconds he set at 1:06. just ends one second at 1:24, followed by 2 seconds

hi, well, if your comp 25 fps, then it follows logically 1:24
2nd .. do you want to display in the timeline-change> click on the time code while holding down the ctrl button.
