As I with my old editing software (Premiere Elements 8) am not satisfied and this is not clean, I'm just thinking whether I should buy myself not Premiere or equal to the Production Premium Suite (with PS & AE). I can remember of it and someone encountered means and ways to approach s.die cheaper products. Somehow VHS courses, study versions and upgrades, if I remember correctly.
Are there still is today synonymous? Maybe you have some tips for me, with whom I can have the cost push a bit. German language version is not that important to me, so it can still be a synonymous English version (if it does what). Thanks for your help.

I can understand your reasoning well.
The best way is in fact a Studenten-/Schülerversion. Is promoted by Adobe. Alternatively, it is synonymous to upgrade. If you have PRE 9 this is not an issue.
