Footage was scanned. Now the film synonymous scratches on the digital format.
Work with Final Cut.
To each frame individually in Photoshop to treat it is too much material.

Since you will probably have no choice but to edit individual frames. The specialists do not synonymous different if synonymous little faster and with better programs.
