Antwort von Axel:
Broadcast quality
is every video, every movie, all this recording. In order to broadcast-quality
achieve, apply in the case of DV:
1. If possible, start with 3-chip cams.
2. Do not scale the material through editing.
3. Working in NTSC color space, reduce or vectorscopes with a spectrum cap-filters unsafe color ranges (more) section in the manual of your respective program.
4.Sound only to about -12 dB disqualify, lace-up to 6dB (meaning the total volume).
A change of bad to good quality is not possible. We saw from the tsunami Amateurcams in an acceptable (DV-cam) to cruel quality in the news. How cynical to think that way, but we're talking about technology, not about content.

At least for the public TV broadcaster in Germany, the following levels:
Spoken word content at 0 dB analog Thus (-9 dBFS).
Music at -5 dB analog (ie-14dBFS), as this is usually so highly compressed that it sounds much more present than Language.
Atmosphere at-10dB analog (ie -19 dBFS). This is of course synonymous with the Lautheitseindruck, a concrete mixer klngt at -10 dB different from a meadow.
How about just now in private is, I can not say, however, often simply accept the ARD standards.
Hope that helps

Thank you for the answers - I was doing the conversion to DV signal to SDI signals - especially would be interested in the experiences Praxisbertieb with the respective devices. Many DV Mazen have an SDI output, at least the semi-professional. In principle, yes so that the data of 25Mbit / s to 270MBit / s blown up, that's quite easily.
Or is it still not at the answer to your question?
