I try to be brief. :-)
Preface: I have been the forum for possible contributions that have my problem possibly could have been treated. However, I have my search with no suitable results can be found, so I write now, so I need help.
I do what I do s.meinem laptop / synonymous see on the screen can see. I have a cable connection is selected. Unfortunately, the projector on my laptop not recognized. Times I have been advised to search for drivers, if other options fail should. Unfortunately I have nothing clever on the Internet can find. Hence my question:
Do I need a suitable driver and if 'yes' or what is a pure attitude in the control panel or something? Did I say that modern laptops do not need drivers. Whether meins synonymous is one of those, I do not.
Here are a few (possibly) helpful info:
This is of Acer laptop (Aspire 3630), 1 year old
The Beamer is of Toshiba (TDP-S20), 2 years old
I hope I have my concerns clear and comprehensible form. If this problem in another category has already been resolved should be, then please tell me what it is, that would be super!

Drivers do not need to. Just need your laptop (bezw. the graphics card) the whole thing on a VGA-out rausgeben can. Must also in the Control Panel settings for your graphics card look that you signal your "mirror": So is it on the screen of the laptop AND s.VGA-out appears. The VGA-out then your projector off.
I myself have often done so, for presentations and the like - no problems. ^ ^

Laptop drive, Beamer and connect the monitor button (for the MacBook Pro F7), I guess that says that for PCs is fn + F7.
In the driver settings ... I think not, but it is trying NEN werd.

In the driver settings ... I think not, but it is trying NEN werd. Hmm, on my laptop it is Fn + F6, which is synonymous, yes, I have not thought off. About the driver settings, it is better set - you can conveniently all in one optical interface. Halt synonymous nature of representation and so ... had with the settings, with which the signal from the s.Anfang VGA Out came problems - Picture was grottig. : (But a trial with Fn + F6 certainly can not hurt. Most of the function with "CRT / LCD" means ...
