In the pros-version, you can work with 2 overlays and the clips according to Decrease.

In the Pros version above, there is the timeline for a button overlay Manger (penultimate?). Here you can trace the Control.
Then the main track a colored background, overlay 1 = Video 1 and 2 = Overlay Video 2 About Eckanfassen then adjust the size.
