Hello!
I am an absolute novice who regards what video editing and I have a question to which I have not found an answer. Perhaps you can help me.
So, I would like to add my videos of my JVC DV camcorder with Video Studio. If everything works. But if I want to start the recording, comes the message that the plugin has been moved or recording the Drivers out of date) is (something like this. Then I can change the recording plug-ins, then does the recording. Now my question: Which is the correct plugin? I say unfortunately that is nothing. I would then burn then to DVD.

DV is about 200 - 210 MB per minute, so about 0.2 GB per minute, so about 12-13 GB per hour.
It is not really synonymous uncompressed, although this next assertion holds as any modern tale. It is compressed, but is not even unpacked during transfer to the calculator and new / more compressed.
Please check the times "PAL DV template" with Ulead VideoStudio. Ulead MediaStudio Pro has shipped of some versions with the wrong templates. The errors that I remember were s.The fullscreen instead of correct field order and PCM sound instead of PAL DV sound. I do not know how it is on studio versions.
The correct plug-in is that which works with the DV via Firewire. The other plug-ins for recording of analog material. But that is synonymous appropriate hardware (graphics card with video - In advance, a TV card or video card).

I would caution you of one with the video capture studio, since you supplied with the JVC of softs (capture software) to achieve much better results (it was at least in my case).
If it's on the hard drive you can load it indeed still in VideoStudio.
