I've just bought a Panasonic SD707.
We want this year to Croatia. There I would like to take pictures in the water.
There is no hard plastic casing, it probably is not for the camera. Now have a "plastic bag" of Ewa Marine seen. Is something like recommended? Or in other words. Does anyone have similar experiences with underwater housings can collect and can give me some tips.

I once had ne PD 170 in a bag. At 7m depth of the compressed bag has activated all keys. This is not such a big hit.

By how many feet the bag is designed?
Must be before or rinpusten significantly more air.

I believe that a certain disillusionment and would be announced on several counts:
1st There will be not much Filmenswertes in Croatia, unless you're standing on underwater landscapes, which are probably quite difficult to grasp
2nd The Mediterranean is actually completely dead as in Comparison to the red sea
3rd A bag solution is at all beyond the pale and far too risky for a high-quality Camera
4th for good shots you need a lot of artificial light as approximately p.20 m water depth
Therefore, also: you buy a cheap Digiknipse with Underwater Housing and video function and paste your pictures from snorkeling probably unspectacular as PIP.
I have never in the Mediterranean at all what really can film worth seeing, except for colorful sponges, sea grass meadows in the beautiful flowing light and occasional fish, but maybe you have even more luck .........

The important thing is that film end divers should never be alone, only to deepen the shooting and actually more than companion should be a Buddy with you! Diving accidents, there are enough already!
