Hello!
Anyone who has experience with the upgrade of Prem. 6.5 (or older) to PP CS 4? If I have understood correctly, there should be around ¬ 355 - is possible.

yes it is.
you just need to have an old version of premiere (4 - cs1 I think).
you install the upgrade and then have the serial number of your old typing premiere, et voila.
