Frage von Itandra:Hi think there are about 2 rolls of the V8 movies are played?
Have some of my parents, they are so easy, unfortunately, a fire scorched the outer shell and ca.1cm of the tape, you can still save them to fix?

The outer layer is scorched? So the storage tray or dose? Or the plastic film reel?
1 cm of the "band" is scorched? So the movie first, and only 1 cm? Or 1 cm deep into the role?
If this is true, then I would ask once in a film club in your area. There are still some film freaks who can fix anything. You can save the charred parts but no more.
Do not you have a player (projector) for this? Otherwise, use anything you like this - in a recorder, you can not play ;-)))
A company could then do something that would

Hello,
the most common film formats were called at home Normal8 (N8) and Super 8 (S8).
Synonymous, it is a video system (Video8), which is confused happy with the two above-mentioned film standards. When chemical film, the images can even see straight, while the magnetic tape of a video still looks the same.
