have the following problem.:
No matter which export settings I undertake. My Quelmaterial 16mbit/sec is scaled down each time you export to exactly 7664 kbit / sec.
My Highlight your export settings are:
Resolution: 1920x1080
Framrate 25
Aspect ratio: 16:9
Interlace: Progressive
Advanced:
MPEG4 H.264
2pass
Advanced Video Settings:
AVC prese: AVCHD
Profile: High
Level: Auto
Performance 15 (best quality)
Frame type: Progressive frame (interlaced take on but would like as possible, converts to progressive but had tried before closed synonymous interlaced)
Silc count 1
Max GOP length25
Max B frames count2
Scene Change Detection Yes
Adaptive B frames yes
Rate control:
Fashion: Variable bitrate
Pass: Multi-pass encode
Bitrate: 18000
HSS rtae: 19999
CPB: 20 999
