Hello,
I would like a VHS recording digitizer. This is me s.wichtigsten, by editing a (visible) Picture-/Tonqualität better reach. Of course I know that there is already the best Rohaufnahme should be, but that is so synonymous shows the edited version of Terminator 2 (see regular, almost poor quality version of the VCL and brilliant quality of world cinema version). All this should take place with Premiere Elements, because I am with the prog'm reasonably familiar.

5. Prog exists, consisting of ... my ten ... Frames, which individually were adding with Photoshop, this quality on the (entire) film applied?

I think I need you Disappointments. You can be happy, when you have your VHS material ended up in almost the same quality as the tape will get digitized.

As long as you filter such as brightness, contrast, color, noise filters, etc. You may want to use in After Effects and create a script so that parts or the entire material "auto" can edit.
If it is absolutely Photoshop you can be the digitized material as an image sequence in eg *. bmp read, then one or more images with Photoshop, edit them, create a template and the rest of the batch process so (depending of the version of Photoshop). For the standard filter is synonymous with the Adobe Lightroom and probably synonymous with other image editing programs.
