Frage von spritmaster:I am currently in the process of my old VHS tapes with personal videos on DV copy. I go to the Scart2chinch adapter on my 3Chip SONY Cam and take on the singal. Works but only almost. The VHS tape is not particularly well filmed and the tape is of 1991.
When I record, the Cam synonymous, but s.manchen places where as the VHS tape has a bad Qualy or recording just ttal is superimposed on, the cam is not on. He takes a bluescreen on.
A friend told me that the cam has a function, the bad Qualy with a blue screen recording.
How can I switch off or switch to the synonymous Picture absorbs the bad and makes no bluescreen?

I know you can with the camcorder is not as readily abgewöhnen, but must ensure that a technically correct signal is received.
Timebase Corrector between a VHS recorder and DV camcorder could afford, with the noise so that very likely will remain just that the camera takes just as synonymous, instead of a blue screen to create.
A very good DVD recorder with built-in TBC could possibly similar, with those devices less often synonymous image disorders.

Thank you!
I've now a new VHSRecorder (JVC HR-DVS2). Whether the TBC has built, I do not know, but here I go on the SVideo output and have given no problem recording. Now klappts.

A pity that sometimes the cause is hidden ...

In this case, it is really likely that the S-video signal of an S-VHS recorder to lengths of times now is better than a regular VHS recorder, even if one with the S-VHS recorder only plays a VHS recording.
The point I always stress, especially when it comes to digitizing old VHS tapes goes.
