Hi everyone,
in the bay, there is currently a "SONY VEGAS 7 Promo Box" (with serial number) for 20 EUR. Which was probably settled earlier camcorders.
Does anyone of you, whether (and if so, how) they can upgrade? On the Vegas website is for upgrade something vague: "Upgrade any professional version of Vegas (Vegas Pro, Vegas Audio, or Vegas Video, Vegas, or Vegas + DVD) to Vegas Pro 10"

My knowledge there are two different versions even more discounts. First, the OEM versions that are offered as a bundle with other products (eg cameras). They're definitely upgrade. On the other hand synonymous special hands-promo versions, which are expected to be sold, nor upgrade-capable.
Apart of this dealer promo versions of all Vegas Pro versions can upgrade to version 10.
