Gruß Rob You have already Premiere, so that should be 99% of the sound action for a video dubbing it can.

Gruß Rob then try Audition, you can use the video and the sound track separately into a basket, cut, effects, video synchronization, etc. is fed scalable window.

I agree with the speakers, with Premiere, you can most of the dubbing cover. When it comes to special applications (sample accurate surgery, time-, use of high-quality plug-ins, etc.), it might make sense to access such programs.
I myself use my Cubase SX very often, much more accurately recorded in the intervening material, whereas the audio editing in this program much more comfortable. If I only comment record or import sounds, I naturally with Premiere.
Other (cheaper) Programs for this purpose fell me:
- Cubase SE
- Audition
- Samplitude SE (free of charge on an earlier "Keys"-edition!)> Very good program! However, I do not know how to integrate with the video looks ..
- For the Mac, there is still synonymous Logic Express
Of course there are many more but these are now spontaneous, giving me ideas in the market and widespread ... The above programs also have the advantage that his own example, synonymous can compose soundtracks (MIDI sequencer included).
