Sorry, helps me still not next. A video has 25 frames per second and at least the following right behind reina this kind are generally very similar.
With software with scene detection if you could divide the video into manageable pieces. Is that what you want? (I know not cumulus).
The individual video Scnipsel would then be indexed maunell. In 4711 Clip Person X at 1:30. Motif Y at 1:35. Such a task you could solve with any database, possibly even enough Excel ....
In the linked discussion seemed to be no ready solution to meet the requirements.
