You is already aware that it is the first link to flash and is not a steady light? ;) A strobe is a flash ... thought so for photography.
I feel the light output of this continuous light parts are very thin ... the compared watt information ehr well ...
I would not recommend more such lights for video. You can not divert focus the light yet, there are no Torklappen available ... and only a softbox is synonymous to use the most boring of all:)
