Infoseite // Video as a mask to use!

Moin,

I have a small problem: and although I get video footage - even a normal video and the same again only in black and white. So this one could use as alpha channel.

So I have the videos in AE over each other and create a black and white say, you're now a mask :-) Is this possible? how can I do that?

I am working with AE CS3

Black and white layer on the original layer set,
then at the lower original layer mask movement to "Lumamatte" make ...

So for me this does not work. I have even when black and white image with the black background luma-key weggemacht but the white object superimposed on the original image layer yet.
