I have the following Probelm, I have Adobe Premiere video editing which is a duration of 12 minutes, and afterwards it will be distributed on the Internet. So, the ultimate size is not too large, so a maximum of 40 MB - 50 MB, I thought. If I File -> Export -> Video go, what do I have to choose my video so that I get as small as possible, because I always only 500MB or so rausbekomme .... Please help me ...

If you have PAL process, you should of course synonymous PAL output. Everything else zerhaut you like the file structure.
Again to repeat:
To take 30 minutes to about 45 MB to come you need the data rate to 512 kbit place. Matching this image sizes are 384x299 or 512x288, depending on.
